TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
My Weather Guard Rewards Program
WEATHER GUARD® Rewards Official Program Terms and Conditions Section 1: WEATHER GUARD® Rewards Program Rewards: Participants are eligible for a SPIFF reward on the sale of select WEATHER GUARD® Van & Select Truck Equipment products. A Sales Representative(SR) is defined as the person at the automotive dealership primarily responsible for the sale of WEATHER GUARD® van & truck products to the end user customer. SPIFFs are available on new WEATHER GUARD® van & select truck product sales only. Discontinued WEATHER GUARD® van & truck products purchased from WernerCo. within a year of the installation invoice date are also eligible under the reward program. Service and warranty parts are excluded. To qualify, eligible products must be sold after April 1, 2014. Program is limited to automotive dealerships and claimants located within the United States only. Eligible products and reward values per product sold will vary throughout the life of the program, and assigned based on the date of sale; details on the SPIFF value for products sold are posted on the Rewards Program claim website at www.myweatherguardrewards.com Eligible Products: Any new WEATHER GUARD® Van product or select new WEATHER GUARD® Truck products. See website for official list. Eligibility: Program participation is available to individual Sales Representative who are employed by a company registered with WernerCo. Claimant must be a valid, registered participant at the time of the sale. Equipment sales are not retroactive. How to apply for your reward: All participants must claim for their reward on the WEATHER GUARD® Rewards website

To qualify for the reward the following conditions must exist: • A sale is defined as an eligible WEATHER GUARD® van & truck product that is ordered and installed within the program dates. • A copy of the invoice to the end user is required for auditing purposes and should be uploaded on the claim site upon submission of each claim. Earnings will not be rewarded until proper documentation is received. Packing slips, quotes, purchase orders (PO's) will not qualify. Invoices from an approved WernerCo. Distributor may be submitted as proof of purchase on claims. • To be eligible for a SPIFF award, products can only be purchased from an approved WernerCo. distributor. • Claims and supporting documentation must be submitted within 180 days of date on invoice to end user. • Claims will be paid at the SPIFF amount current at the time the product was sold. • Product returns will cause forfeiture of awards and/or may limit distribution of future prizes claimed, but not disbursed. • WEATHER GUARD® SPIFF awards are non-transferable. • Visibly altered documentation will not be accepted. Trading of proof of payment is strictly prohibited. Use of fictitious names, addresses, organizations to obtain a reward is fraud and in violation of Federal Law and may result in prosecution. • Participants who change employers must update their profile to reflect this change before making any claims or those claims will be excluded. • The program is open only to sales personnel of vehicle dealerships for selling WEATHER GUARD® Van & select truck Equipment to customers purchasing a new or used vehicle. • Employees of Knaack LLC, its representatives, distributors, up-fitters are ineligible for the program. All claims are subject to verification. Any false, incomplete, illegible or unverifiable claims will be rejected. WernerCo. has the final say as to claim validity. All “Common Terms and Conditions” expressed in section 2 (below) are applicable. Section 2: Common Terms and Conditions Program Enrollment: All eligible parties will need to register online at the Knaack LLC WEATHER GUARD® Rewards website (www.myweatherguardrewards.com). Registration is not final until acceptance into the program is granted by the WernerCo. WEATHER GUARD® Van Equipment Rewards Program administrator (Administrator). Acceptance (or denial) into the program will be acknowledged within 2 business days of initial submission. WernerCo. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any application. United States residents must provide a valid Social Security number and date of birth upon initial registration to the Rewards Program. Only on-line applications will be accepted. Reward cards will be sent to the home address specified by the applicant on the initial registration after the initial claim has been made.
